Steps to get a diagnosis
SURVEYAnswer our questionnaire designed to assess sleepiness during the day. If the answer is positive, print the page then make an appointment with your doctor to obtain a prescription for a sleep apnea test.Consult the questionnaire
PRESCRIPTIONIf you think you have sleep apnea, your doctor will prescribe a test.

APPOINTMENTYou will meet one of our Respiratory Therapists for the accompaniment and installation of your sleep apnea test device.
The tests set up by Sleep Blue are at home.

Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder characterized by breathing pauses followed by awakening, often unconscious.
These respiratory episodes can lead to disturbances in the quality of life that can be perceived physically and psychologically.

THE DIAGNOSISThe diagnosis is made after a polygraphy. Polygraphy is an examination of your sleep that records ventilatory parameters.
It detects abnormal respiratory events and determines an apnea index per hour (IAH).
